Phil found this great princess tent on clearance after Christmas and the girls LOVE crawling in and out of it!  They are too cute!

Hitchin' a Ride

One of Kate's favorite things to do right now is hitch a ride on the walker whenever Anna is in it!  It is the cutest thing ever to see her riding along and to hear the girls giggling at one another!

Christmas 2012

We are so incredibly blessed to have such an amazing family to spend time with.  I especially LOVE it when ALL of us are able to be together (usually at least twice a year) because the kids have so much fun with all of the cousins!

This Christmas looked VERY different for us than last year.  If you recall, Anna & Kate were still in the NICU last year, so we spent Christmas day hanging out with them at the hospital.  We were very excited to not have to do that again this year!

Mimi & Pop Pop are always such sports about TOTAL CHAOS descending on their house when we all show up!  Phil and I were able to spend over two weeks at home and we loved every minute of it!  Anna & Kate enjoyed being outside as much as possible and it was fabulous to have lots of extra hands to help with them:)

The girls loved to play in the rocks and their cousins loved playing with them too!

There are lots of toys to play with and lots of new things to do at Mimi & Pop Pop's house.  The girls loved being driven around in the "pink car" by their cousins!

We took several trips to Knaus Berry Farm in the golf cart and the girls even got to have their first milkshake....YUM!

Christmas Eve was spent at Grandma Munz's church and then at her house for dinner and presents.  Can you tell these crazy kids are excited about Christmas?

Mimi and Pop Pop got all of the kids matching PJ's and we decided to attempt a picture on Christmas morning.  Much to our amazement, NONE of the kids cried and we were able to get several great shots!

We had such an amazing time with family and I am so thankful that Anna & Kate are blessed with such amazing great-grandparents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins!

Sand Box

Yesterday, Phil and his dad made the girls a sand box!  Melissa and John have one at their house and the girls love it!  Anna especially loves it - she seems to be a very tactile child and loves feeling/rubbing things with her hands and feet.

We're into EVERYTHING!

The girls are into everything these days.  It is so fun to watch them playing and laughing together. They are pulling up on everything and Kate is even walking behind some push toys!

We are also having so much fun letting the girls play outside.  The weather has been ridiculously warm for Nov/Dec and it has been so nice to get to spend so much time outside.

Birthday Bash!

We celebrated Anna & Kate's birthday with some family and friends and had so much fun!  Megan, a sweet friend from church, came over Friday night and helped me and Melissa make the most adorable cupcake cake!  She is fabulous and is such a good teacher!  After she left, Melissa and I decorated and she even made the cutest party favors - chocolate-dipped oreo pops. YUM! Even though I asked that people not bring gifts, most of them didn't listen.  They got some new books and toys and precious Christmas dresses from the Batusics!
