Uncle John brought some baby chicks home a few weeks ago and the kids have had a blast playing with them.

Nana Comes to Visit

Last weekend Nana came to visit!  We had a great time going to Sam's baby shower, planting all kinds of fun new plants she brought, and playing outside.  Nana loves to spoil the girls and she brought (and bought) lots of goodies including princess movies and dolls as well as a new snow cone machine!

Happy Easter!

We had such a great Easter weekend with Phil's family!  On Friday, Garrett and Sam came to town and then Pop came on Saturday.  Even though Saturday was pretty dreary, Easter Sunday was gorgeous!  We had so much fun spending time with everyone and celebrating the resurrection of our LORD!

First Family Camping Trip

Two weekends ago, we took the girls on their first camping trip.  What a fun time!!  We went with the Batusics and the Roberts and the girls had a BLAST playing with all their cousins and friends.  Although potty training and camping don't necessarily go very well together, the girls did great (thanks to Aunt Ma).  We look forward to many more family camping trips!

Let's Go to the ZOO!

Over Spring Break, Melissa and I got to take the kids to the zoo!  Actually, since Melissa is the one with the family pass, she took all of us to the zoo!  Even though it was pretty crowded and the girls were only on day 5 of potty training, we had a blast! Thank you Aunt Melissa for taking us and for taking the girls to the potty 500 times!

We rode the train, brushed the goats at the petting zoo, and got to see lots of animals!  The girls LOVE spending time with Aunt Ma and their cousins!  We can't go to the zoo again soon!

BIG Helpers!

Last weekend was gorgeous and we got to spend lots of time outside.  The girls love to "help" with anything and everything and so, Daddy put them to work!  First, helping plant seeds for our garden and then washing Mommy's car.

Apparently Anna wanted to mow the grass on Daddy's "tractor". 

Glad it is finally warming up enough to play in the hose!

This helping stuff is hard work!  We better take a break for a snack!
