Easter 2012

EASTER: What an amazing reason we have to celebrate! We are so thankful for our Savior, Jesus Christ; His death on the cross and His resurrection, that allow us to be forever forgiven of our sins as well as the opportunity to live eternally with Him in Heaven!

This Easter was pretty low key. We were originally supposed to go to Florida with the whole gang, but due to the girls' condition, we decided it was better to stay home.  Unfortunately, we couldn't go to church...probably my first Easter ever without doing so:(  We started off the day with a walk...and even the dogs got to come.  It was fun to walk through the neighborhood as other families were hunting for eggs!  Phil's dad came down around lunchtime and spent the day with us.  Pop hadn't seen the girls since Christmas, so they had changed a lot since he last saw them. 

The girls got Easter baskets from all of their cousins!
